ABOUT SITE, ACCESS, FUTURE DEVELOPMENT AND ZONING

Seed leaf type master plan
A seed leaf type was selected as the future outline of EINHUD. This master plan the one leaf is in common scale with one area of the present EINHOD. It is effective to prevent future overcrowded problems, non mind enlargement of the community. It is possible to keep advancing the development with one area without extinctions.

Road from EINHOD
This program lays the road which passes through the slope of north east EINHUD. Because of accessing to the museum park, and the future plan which designates the boundary as 2 times.

Local road and parking
From the center of master plan of future seed leaf type to EINHUD, the car runs the outer circle of the village mainly.
It arranges the public parking zone in 2 places in the center of the village and near the entrance. The sight-seeing bus comes to a stop in the south edge of the ARTS PARK.

ART PARK
As a program for developing of EINHUD with the power of the art, scale of present village and good efficiency is thought, we service the half area of this village as the fine arts park, without the enormous art hole, school, facility and hospital.
In Israel, a lot of artists of many genres (picture and furniture, metal-carving, sculpture and construction etc.) has been active. Now they individually have own house and workspace (soho) and gallery, but here, we provide them with the one phase outside community on the basis of their genres.
Each house is the 2nd or 3 floor building, the higher floor becomes the living and the under becomes the workspace and their gallery. Each house is connected slipping at 3 - 4 houses units, the floor of the workspace, when they open the between divider, they can use a wider space. And, 3 – 4 buildings gather in circular condition, one community is formed. Here, they can exhibit temporary, open workshop, party, and extend workspace.
8 circles make one big “ART PARK”. Then you can see not only the work of the artist, also the industry of EINHUD. In addition also it is possible to stay and to experience.

ART HALLÅ@( ART / COMMERCE / EDUCATION )
The function which is needed for the village (nurture and medical care, the school, and the cultural and the commercial facilities) and facilities of museum are subdivided, and are arranged on the center of the town with good efficiency sizes and quantities. Those form circle condition and compensate together, same as the residence. For future changes and diversions, we set large roof of croissant type (long outer circle), and, we can use flexible, exceeding the wall.
The large roof is set in order to wrap the road of the pedestrian priority. Under or near this roof, functions of the town and the stores draw close,Å@original atmosphere are produced with the mutual multiplier effect. We can feel this, in SUMMER FESTIVAL, and in ASIAN ANTIQUE MARKET where a lot of small markets expanding to the road loosely in the thin alleyway. Then we can feel magnetism beyond each things. We think that the power which comes out of here can change EINHUD into attractive ones.
