ANTECEDENTS

In the present situation of the town of Ein Hud, four problems are identified: first it is the disorder of roads, that approximately occupy the 31, 30% of the town and they are without no order, preventing the conformation of built structures concentrated; the second aspect is the dispersion of buildings due to the previous problem; the third is the absence of green areas and finally the lack of definition of the limit of the town.

PROPOSAL

The proposal is based on three basic aspects, first is the one to adapt and to increase the activities of development of Ein Hud, in this case and according to the data, these activities focus in: agriculture, farm ranch (ewes), and tourism. The second aspect is the reinforcing of the potential limits of the town, and the third aspect is the creation of a vegetation plot that mix with the present one (national park).

For a suitable execution of the project, is basic to divide it in three periods of time: short term (2004 - 2010), medium term (2010 - 2015) and length term (2015 - 2021). In first stage the agriculture character is determined, that he is potential in the town, and that can serve like measurement as interchange between EIN HOD and the near towns. To this aim it is had a Center of Commercialization, that is the site where the settlers of EIN HUD can sell their products.

Respecting to the roads, we have proposed the creation of a main route and other secondary (finishing in Cul de Sac), ones that they delimit to the built structures reducing this way to a 18% of car roads. The aim is the creation of "centers" between the buildings can be observed easily. These "centers" are the areas that we propose for agriculture, we have denominated them "communitarian orchards". This it is the module of proposal for future Ein Hud.

With respect to the increase of constructions, within next the 5 years 13 (from 55 to 68) units would be increased (to an average of 5 inhabitants by house, according to an increase of 4% of annual growth), and finally for year 2021, they would be a total of 40 (from 55 to 98)houses that would be increased. Our proposal is based on the conformation of the basic module, in which the buildings are surrounding the "communitarian orchards".

The absence of green areas is another one of the basic aspects of the proposal. One is based on the use of three types of vegetation: high (olive trees, datiles), average (shrubs, thyme, cotton), and low (agriculture vegetation). This proposal of vegetation looks for 3 basic objectives: the reinforcing of the limit of the town, the continuation of the vegetal layer and finally the use as it contributes economic to the town as sustainable aspect.

According to our proposal, limits of Ein Hud not would need to be increased, with exception of area for "Farm Research Center", and "Cultural Center" until year 2021. After this year the regulation for buildings height can be fit, that could double the capacity of reception of the town by 15 years but, that is to say, until the 2036.

DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES

The first one proposes the development of agricultural activities. The people who participate in this activity are the urban inhabitants transformed into agriculturists, who firstly, should receive a basic knowledge about the activities to be made. The recommendable products for the zone are cereals, tomatoes, citruses, cotton, olives, plums, almonds, among others. Another alternative of production is seedtime of aromatic like, mint, thyme, oregano and others that has a good acceptance in the internal market like in the external one. The Farmer Research Center and an animal raising farm under a technified system of production; both include some specific points considered within the short and medium term. And the third alternative proposes the obtaining of income by means of the external tourism that can be caught by the citizens of Ein Hud.

We considered key moments within the tourist activity to those which are executed during the medium and long term on which the inhabitants of the village of Ein Hud are totally enabled to execute tourist activities in an effective way, and also have the necessary resources to carry them out.
